OUR CODE OF ETHICS
The following professional conduct code of ethics must always be adhered to:
1.) Appraisers shall conduct thenselves in a spirit of fairness and justice to our clients, the insurance companies, and the public.
2.) Appraisers shall refrain from improper solicitation.
3.) No misrepresentation of any kind shall be made to an insured or to the insurance companies.
4.) Compensation rates shall be fair and equitable, and strictly in accordance with the prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
5.) Appraisers shall conduct themselves so as to command respect and confidence. Appraisers shall work in harmony with one another, with our clients, and the insurance companies' representatives, so as to foster a cordial and harmonious outcome.
6.) Appraisers shall be fitted, by the knowledge and experience, for the work we undertake.
7.) Appraisers shall not engage in the unauthorized practice of law.
8.) Appraisers shall be cooperative in every possible way.
